We conduct independent valuations of each property on an annual or semi-annual basis. Valuations are carried out in June and December, with results published in July and January respectively. These are displayed under the 'Capital Returns' tab of the relevant property and a summary article will be posted in the announcements section of our News site. 

All properties which have been on the platform for more than 6 months at the point valuations occur, will be included in that round and be re-valued. As an example SLD01 settled on the platform in Aug 2018 so will not be re-valued in Dec 2018. It's first valuation will occur in June 2019.

As you can see from the example below, the next Valuation date of each property is published on its summary tab. More information is available on the capital returns tab as well.
