When a property is new  to the BrickX Platform and is waiting for settlement, we offer Bricks at the initial Brick price - based on the property’s purchase price and acquisition costs minus any debt.

For Example: If a property costs $1,000,000 and had $40,000 in acquisition costs (taxes etc), then the Initial Brick price would equal ($1,000,000 + $40,000) / 10,000 Bricks = $104 

If you wish to participate in this, you need to pre-order Bricks prior to the Platform settlement date. This period is referred to as the pre-order phase. Once the property settles, you can then sell your Bricks if you choose to.
